teaching technology to urban kids with little or no cash

There is a wealth of information out there in the wild wild web about teaching technology but very very little about how to engage students from an urban, low-income socioeconomic area on a very low budget. I will do my best to fill that gap with future posts. It is a challenge but not insurmountable although some days it seems like it:-)

9/11 Remembered

I watched the ABC Live feed yesterday from Yahoo.com and was very touched when the relatives of the fallen read the names and talked about their family member who had perished. I am glad that no one seemed to use this as a political opportunity. It should be an event that unites us not divides us.
