teaching technology to urban kids with little or no cash

There is a wealth of information out there in the wild wild web about teaching technology but very very little about how to engage students from an urban, low-income socioeconomic area on a very low budget. I will do my best to fill that gap with future posts. It is a challenge but not insurmountable although some days it seems like it:-)
